A Cordyline cannifolia one of several known as a Palm lilly. It is grown into a shrub that grows up to 2 meters tall and rarely reaches 5 meters. The shrub is a tropical plant with small red fruit, leaves from 20 to 50 centimetres long. The Cordyline cannifolia is native to Cape York to the Gladstone area southeast of QLD also in the NT and New Guinea.
