Description
A Barringtonia acutangula also know as freshwater mangrove, itchy tree and mango-pine grows as a tree. The tree can grow from 8-15 meters tall and produce reddish/pink color flower that hangs off the tree as well as small oval fruit. The plants habitat is riverbanks, swampy sites, rocky or sandy shores. So the plant is mostly planted in a well drainage area.
