Description
STEIN SCORPIUS ACR-16 45m Climbing Line with Spliced Eye Termination
Stein ACR-16 Spliced Eye Climbing Line ( 45M / 12.4MM ) – SCORPIUS / UTILITY is a low-stretch, 16-strand climbing rope designed for professional arborists. It features a durable polyester cover and a strong kernmantle construction. The 12.4mm diameter provides a comfortable grip and excellent handling.
The SCORPIUS ACR-16 offers excellent knot-holding performance. Its supple feel also makes it easy to handle during demanding climbing work. The rope works well with traditional friction hitches and modern mechanical friction devices.
In addition, the rope suits Double Rope Technique (DRT) climbing systems. Its controlled extension helps provide predictable performance during positioning and movement in the tree.
The spliced eye termination removes the need to create a knotted termination. It provides a ready-to-use connection point for compatible connectors and climbing hardware. The termination also carries a unique serial number for identification and traceability.
The durable polyester cover provides excellent abrasion resistance. A protective coating adds further durability and helps the rope withstand regular professional use.
