Description
This is a small grey-barked tree that can grow up to about 6 m, with glossy green trifoliate leaves up to about 7.5 cm long.
The foliage is strongly scented, with a hint of nutmeg.
The plant does flower and fruit while still quite a small shrub.
Clusters of bright pink flowers occur along the branches during summer.
Altitudinal range from near sea level to 900 m.
Grows in and on the margins of drier, more seasonal rain forest.
