The Teufelberger Tachyon 11.5 mm is a professional static rope made for arborists, climbers and rigging work. It feels firm in your hands but stays flexible when you move. It won’t flatten or bag, so friction hitches work exactly as you expect. The rope’s shape stays consistent under pressure. That gives you better grip and control when climbing or adjusting hitches.
This rope has a 24‑strand construction with a strong polyester cover. The core is polyamide (nylon). That mix gives strength, durability and predictable handling in real‑world tree work. It also makes the rope easy to splice when you need a termination eye.
The rope comes in three lengths — 35 m, 45 m, and 60 m — with a single spliced eye already made at one end. You can clip that eye straight into hardware or pulleys with no extra knots.
This line is certified to EN 1891A and ANSI Z133‑2012, so it meets recognised arborist and tree‑work standards. It works smoothly with standard 11.5 mm hardware and devices.
