Description
The Petzl Bucket Bag is a freestanding rope and gear bag built to keep your equipment neat, protected and ready to go. It stands upright on its own. That makes it easy to put rope in or pull rope out without the sides collapsing on you. It stays open and accessible from the top.
This bag comes in two sizes — 15 L and 30 L — so you can choose the capacity that suits your needs. The 15 L version holds up to about 45 m of 11 mm rope, and the 30 L version holds up to about 110 m of 11 mm rope.
The design is rugged and simple. The body is made from TPU tarp material. That makes it tough, water‑resistant and able to handle regular use. It resists UV light, oil, grease and a wide range of temperatures.
Inside the bag are loops for rope ends and gear. You can clip both rope ends inside to stop them twisting together. You also get extra loops for racking small tools, slings or a tool pouch.
The top closes with a roll‑top system to help keep moisture out. You can grab the bag by its large handles and carry it by hand. The handles are strong enough to haul up to 50 kg. Some models also include adjustable shoulder straps, so you can carry the bag as a pack.
There’s an external zippered pocket for storing small personal items. An outside marking area lets you label the bag so you always know what’s inside.
