Flindersia acuminata commonly known as Silver Silkwood is apart of the Rutaceae plant family.
Usually has a pale brown bark and grows small creamy, yellow flowers that have 5 sepals and 5 petals.
The Silver Silkwood typically grows up to 33m and flowers throughout November to January.
The trees fruits appear as a woody capsules with short, rough points that separate into 5 sections when mature.
