Triple Action Choker Rigging Carabiner – Red and Green

The Choker Rigging Carabiner is a unique steel triple-action carabiner by At Height UK, tested and suitable for choke-hitch/cross-load applications, rated at 40kN MBS.

Typically, steel carabiners are coated in zinc plating, giving them a gold or yellow appearance to comply with corrosion resistance standards.

Achieving bright colors through painting can be quite challenging, as the high temperatures of powder coating can adversely affect the zinc plating. To address this, AHL has collaborated with a specialist company to develop a highly durable undercoat (the black coating) that allows for powder coating to be applied without compromising corrosion resistance.

As a result, steel carabiners can now be custom powder-coated in accordance with various RAL color schemes.
