• Hot-forged swing-side cheek pulley design with a built-in three‑hole rigging plate.

• New CNC-machined axle / side-plate interface that improves durability and strength.

• High-efficiency roller bearings for smooth operation.

• Hollow axle to reduce overall weight.

• Enlarged rope-bearing cross-section in the rigging‑plate holes to allow direct connection to textile components (ropes/webbing), reducing weight and complexity.

• Side plates designed for efficient “prusik minding” (i.e., to guide/prusik friction / knot interactions).

• Can act as a rigging plate even without the sheave (i.e., side plates can be used for attaching lines).

• Optional M5 bolt & nut available to lock side plates for structural use.
