Parinari nonda commonly found throughout Western Australian, Northern Territory and the Pacific Islands.
Coming from the plant family Chrysobalanaceae, this plant is chosen for its unique but edible fruit.
The fruit generally appearing on the tree throughout August and November, and when ripe the fruit can be eaten raw.
This Evergreen tree has a slow growth rate, normally growing between 6m to 15m, but is some rare cases can grow up to 30m tall.
